1) Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 2) Employees (and their immediate families) of the The Glory Box Wedding Cakes (the Glory Box) and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3) Entry is open to Purchaser(s) of an Annaliese or Chantelle Wedding cake, or variations thereof, from the Glory Box of at least 100 portions and paid for in full between the 1st December 2007 and 5pm on the 30th November 2008. 4) Only entries completed on the official Glory Box order form and lodged at the Glory Box showroom will be accepted. Entry to this competition is not available with any other offers. 5) The prize draw will take place at 10am on 1st December 2008 at 358 Charles Street, North Perth, WA 6006. 6) The winners will be notified by telephone and by mail and their name published in the West Australian newspaper on 6th of December 2008. 7) The first valid entry drawn will receive $10,000 cash by bank cheque. Based on sales of 200 or more cakes. In the event that less than 200 are sold a percentage of the $10,000 will be paid based on the numbers sold. 8) Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. 9) Any costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 10) The Glory Box shall not be liable for any prize voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. 11) If this promotion is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason, the Glory Box reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, delay, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 12) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Glory Box (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Glory Box’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Glory Box) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Glory Box; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize. 13) By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Glory Box may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Glory Box. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. 14) The Glory Box reserves the right to use any photos associated with the prize. As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant agrees that the Glory Box is entitled to use any such photographs without any further notice, remuneration or compensation to the entrant, at its discretion, for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. 15) The Glory Box accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred in the event that the wedding function is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Glory Box. 16) By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to all of the above and agree to the use of your entry on any promotional material, advertising both print and internet with the exception of your address, phone numbers and email addresses. 17) If the prize remains unclaimed for 28 days, we will re-draw the winner from the original entries on 5th of January 2009.
